Pricing questions
- Is there a setup fee or lock-in contract?
- No setup fee, no exit fee, and no lock-in contract. Billing is monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
- How many bins are included?
- Three bins per property are included, as long as they go out on the same collection day.
- How is a portfolio billed?
- Pricing is per property, whether you have one address or a hundred. You get one monthly invoice covering the whole portfolio and one point of contact.
- When would I pay more than the listed price?
- Properties with long driveways, difficult access, or locations outside our current runner coverage may be quoted higher. We always confirm your price before you start.
- Do you cover my area?
- We service cities and towns across Australia through a local runner network. Send us the suburbs in your portfolio and we'll confirm coverage directly, usually within one business day.
