Service description

PropRunner provides bin-to-kerb management services for short-term rental property managers. We put bins out for council collection and return them to the property, subject to the agreed schedule and pricing.

Billing and cancellation

Services are billed monthly per property. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. There are no setup or exit fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitations

PropRunner does not provide waste removal or bin emptying services. We coordinate with council collection schedules and do not control council pickup timing or missed collections.
